A life stolen by another creature.

Aminulrasyid Hamzah, that boy wonder managed to do some damage to our police force reputation. One soul, in battle for his life from the Rempits, shot dead on the head, and fell right on his friend’s lap. One sad ending I see.

But the story has not settled yet. The police claimed that the ‘criminal’ tried to reverse his car until ‘intimidating’ the police to shoot him to his death. They also found a parang in the car boot, claimed to be used as their main weapon to rompak people. This is what was published in the mainstream newspapers headlines and most of ordinary people believe it, and like any other crime news, complaining, “apela bdak2 zaman skrg,muda2 lg da mrompak bunuh org..kan da mati!”. And they claimed that their story is true.

Luckily his friend managed to run away, and revealed what happened on the fateful bloody night. And now the police are trying their best to cover their sorry asses. You are now officially, famously PWND dear policemen.

So what do you think now? Our protector is apparently lying to you and we just have to rely on them to protect us. But are they really protecting us? Or do they only concern on other politic agendas played by their bosses? And more importantly,were we given a false sense of security and honesty in our daily life?

I came to realize that money is everything in this life. From work, play, entertainment and family planning, everything revolves around the paper note. The bigger amount you managed to get, the merrier your life will be.

But is it true?

After 10 months working as a junior, noob auditor, I noticed that our life orientation is only MONEY. Why money is so influential in our life? All Companies established in order to make money, to gain profit. There were also non-profit organizations, but still need money to run their organization. Like I told you, everything does need money!

If I want to get married then I need money.
If I want to start a family then I need money.
If I want to fuel my car then I need money.
If I want to eat then I need money.
If I want to blanje and lepak with my lovely sidekick then I need money.

So I want to ask you my dear readers, what we can do to replace this annoying crap from our life? Can we make our life simpler, ‘lighter’ and joyous? Any good suggestions?

Yup, haven’t blogging for ages!

My life for the time being.

So far so good. But that doesn’t mean that I really rejoice my working life. Hell, I miss my uni time..but what else I can do? Either way, we still need to go out there and collect some gold for our future and family aite?

If u asks me, I would say my working life sometimes fun, exciting and invigorating. Working with an audit firm is surely demands u to be damn good, sharp and smart all the time and yes, ready to work 24/7 when needed. My only entertainment for the time being is purely tv and a bit of day-out time with someone special..hehe..Nevertheless, there is no other fun time for us, and usually we will try to ‘run’ from work when the time permits us.
I have gone through some difficult times here also. Not to mention, client’s endless and unsolved mind-blowing issues. To make things worse, I also need to cope with industry’s demands and requirements when we performed our audit, coz u know, we are trying to deliver quality audit as well as knowledge-sharing .i.e; to share our knowledge with client so that they can implement it into their business. I do a lot on insurance sector, for which I think really interesting but in the mean time, it is so difficult that we have to separate our department into 2 in general; banking and insurance. Frankly speaking – I enjoy it. 9 months already, 2 years and 3 months to go!!!!!
And I also still got other 2 professional papers not attempted yet! haha.. Aaa, I still remember last seating (Nov 09), I had this difficulties to allocate my time with study. When I finish work, I planned to study but no to avail, it never ever materialized!!haha..so I got only one shot left; my 1 month long study leave. That is my only chance to redeem everything..luckily for MICPA exam seaters, we were allowed to take 1 month study leave unlike ACCA, only 2 weeks +.Grab the opportunity, utilize it and the result was material before my eyes! I pass that genius killer, hard-to-pass paper! HAHHAHAH..a big laugh to myself!!

Friends-friends (rakan-rakan)

Yup, they are all working and most of the girls decided to further their study first before jumping into the working life nightmare. Some went Dubelin, Landon, YU-AI-TI-EM and others. Oh yeah,most of the guys also riding the same ship like mine, doing audit! ahah..gud luck guys, hopefully that valuable experience can make up our CVs and secure our future, hopefully..(geng GT rmai seh!haha).
For those who still seeking a job, gud luck then (especially u Ash-cappan), look for a secured employer, don’t go to ridiculous one.. Join EY if u don’t mind, I would be happy to add new Malay family members here. Oh, don’t forget, get an employer that can guarantee u a good pay package, unlike mine of course, so that I can POW u guys later one day. Hahahaa..

week 1: 2 days orientation, staff from people team, Asiapac IT etc etc blabbering for the whole 2 days. damn bored! only a number of the speakers can conduct and amaze us really well.the others?boring syial!!!! nex 3 days, da kn book bwat audit on unit trust funds..gempak abes, aku dpt unit trust yg senior sndr akui agk 'syial' n cm 'lahanat yg dimurkai oleh Tuhan'. Ok2, aku ringkskn laa, sng cite, ssh gle n srabut ar..gitu..ade phm? 2 full funds and another 1 share with saly. mnarik ke? meh kte intai mggu brikutnye.

I managed to end the gruelling paper.

Hell, it is completely different. Maybe that is why they call it a 'professional programme'.

Professional programme= One hell ride

Yup, it is extremely difficult and the questions are barely understandable. If I want to score in this and upcoming paper, I need to 'stick, eat, play and dream' of the FRSs. It is like " going to take a subject with no basic knowledge at all". That is what I feel, and most of us feel about this paper, Advanced Financial Reporting.

And for upcoming ACCA student, please note that you guys are going to face this kind level of difficulty next sem. This is no joke..If you want to score, it is simply by starting to revise your FRS as soon as possible. There you have it, a bit of advice. I am offering an advice because.....well, I love you guys (seriously) and IT IS DIFFICULT!

What happened was, we went for the examination at WIM, TTDI, close to OU and KPMG's tower. Same thing happened like my previous sitting, here. We went for our last lunch together at OU, and keep talking and talking and talking for like, 1 hour plus. We talked a lot, cause most of us are going to work after this. From a useless topic, we were dragged to discuss on personal things and our plan or agenda in the nearest future. Watching a hillarious movie together wrapped up our last meeting soon after the lunch(though some of them are going to work with me!)

It is a sad thing to leave my friends after this. But, we cannot helped it. Just like what our Deputy Dean of Student Affair said, our live have just started and from now on, we are going to spread to different part of the world. There is more coming, and seriously I am excited to venture the whole world on my own path after this . I hope the others can stand and walk alone after this and, be as you what you dreamed of.

Maybe Man Who not used to go against a team that can hold up the ball all night long. Barca is completely different with Arsenal. They dont hold up the ball, instead they always get excited on going free-flow which then proven by large scores on both side.

Barca instead patiently waiting for a perfect moment to crack up the defence by holding up the ball. Man Who then suffers severe pressure as Barca still on hold of the ball and they can create up some magic out of it. They also cannot make anything to life if Barca keep their possession all the time. Maybe that is why Man Who reckelessly conceded 2 goals and Ronaldo started to kick Barca players' asses.

Well then, it is football, and you know the rules. There is always a winner and a stupid looserrrrr in every match. It is inevitable.

Wah, bes siot mandi-manda kt Perhentian!

Crystal clear water, cool air breeze, hot n tasty wheather..pergh!the world is just awesome!

Enuff said, allow me to share with u our activities during the vacation..yeah!

I went for snorkling twice,day 1 and 2..day 1 with those nasty guys, gurls, gays and less(bak kate haron).. 2nd day with Sopi only, just to accompany him.

Seriously, I am now addicted to snorkling. Bes wooo! especially when I found some huge, big, scary fish that looks like the same as flowerhorn( ade bonjol kt dahi gitu)..that bloody fish is extremely huge, and i saw 3 of them playing near to the coral. nk pegi dkt, tpi cuak!!haha

2nd day of snorkling, the boat owner( abe mat nmenye) sent us to a lighthouse, which is not at the land, but at the middle of the sea! gle cuak nk snorkle sbb air kt situ biru gelaap, cm dlm gle kot! once me n sopi snrkle there, we can see much more weird and colourful fish n we also saw a huge todak!travel guide ktorg lak jumpe ikan yu! cuak abes!

Me and sopi also saw a sea snake, belang2 gitu..once we saw that creature,ape lagi, lintang pukang berenang jauh2 sbb cuak gle!!haha..

There was also karaoke, regu and 'cap kelicap?'..haha..seriously though, I am suck at this kind of game..Suedin, Leen and others were trying their best to win the game and of course, show their hidden talent..haha..It was extremely fun at that time.

Basically, this trip is insanely awesome!!!!!!!bes gle!!w/pon tnpe byk aktiviti, but due to attractiveness and awesomeness of the sea and the beach, i dont really mind bout the activity.Really, I dont mind!

Hehe..I would love to share with u all of the fun and enjoyment we had on that trip.But, AKU MALAS NAK CRITE PANJANG2!!

Voice out!

Dear Malaysian Politicians,

Please stop the power chase, call for a truce and focus on the economy.

I do not claim to speak on behalf of all Malaysians, but I have strong convictions that many share my sentiments.

Our concern today is not who rules the country or heads the state governments but the looming bad economy.

Whether Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Rakyat leads, it is meaningless if Malaysians have no job to go to, no money to pay rent and no means to put food on the table.

I am a business owner, like other business owners and managers of corporations I have a responsibility to ensure people under my care and payroll continue to have jobs and a decent income to take home. We work hard and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our nation not only survive this crisis but come out stronger and wiser. We need your help.

Let me explain. I am in the business of Training, Development and Consultancy and have 20 people in my team.

Saedah is 42. She keeps the office clean and helps organise the training rooms. She has four children and her husband is unemployed. She was first hired on a part time basis, because she is very hard working and has a great attitude, we offered her a full time job to help provide a stable income for her family. Even then, when her third child started school this year, it was a struggle for her to buy new school uniforms and other necessities. Saedah lives on a ‘kais bulan, makan bulan’basis, so, if she is jobless, her tap runs dry.

Samsuri is 27 years old. He lives with his sister and her family in a low cost government flat in Sunway. He does our despatch, helps with various clerical works and occasionally acts as a driver. During the first week at zubedy, we learned that he not only did not have money to buy new clothes and shoes for work, he had no money for lunch. Like Saedah, if he has no job, his tap runs dry too.

Alicia in Client Servicing turns 26 this year. She lives with her dad who is 71 years old and retired. Her mom passed away when she was little. Alicia is a hard-working team member, has a gentle caring outlook and fun to be with. (We like to poke fun at her as she blushes easily). Last May her dad went through a major operation, thank God he has recovered well. Alicia needs a job, both for herself and her dad.

Sudesh, 38, is one of our facilitators. When his father passed away last year, he moved back and lives with his mother in Seremban. He shuttles between Kuala Lumpur and Seremban daily, leaving home sometimes as early as 4 in the morning and returning late at night. He is no stranger to hard work and sacrifice, he knows what he needs to do to survive and to care for his mother, but he too needs a job.

Like fellow Malaysians, every one of us in zubedy needs employment, those that live from hand to mouth like Saedah and Samsuri and others like Alicia and Sudesh with family to care for. We Malaysians need the Malaysian economy to be strong. We need you, our leaders, to work hard and to work together to make our economy viable.

So this is my plea.

Pakatan Rakyat, please stop your attempts to take over the federal government and persuade BN’s lawmakers to join you. Stop all legal proceedings, no more 916 and let go, just let go. The nation can wait till the next general elections if they want change. By doing so, Malaysians will see your party as caring, unselfish and gracious and give you their support in the next elections.

Barisan Nasional, please stop any attempts to take over PR states and win over PR’s lawmakers. You have proven your point with Perak. The nation can wait for the next general elections if they want your party. Focus all your talent, energy and hard work in steering the country out of an economic downturn. By doing so, Malaysians will see your party as caring, unselfish and smart and give you their support in the next elections.

BN and PR! Call for a truce. Get together and compromise. Someone has to give in. Or has hate consumed your heart till it blinds you? You can do it. You have enough intelligent people between you. I am sure you can find solutions. Take the nation to heart. That is why you are in politics in the first place.

Focus on the people.

Focus on the economy.

A. According to Falak astronomy and just like Pn Rose said, I am a person with the name of Mohamad Ruzaini. hehe..

B. Based on those Muslim scholars who did the Falak astronomy hundred years ago, I am a loving and caring person, love family soo damn much, eager to challenge myself with anything I think reasonable, like to everything beautiful and others. And guess what,it is TRUE!

Ketika itulah, Firaun telah terkejut dan takut akan agama baru ini, kerana Nabi Musa dengan mukjizat yang diberikan oleh Allah kepadanya iaitu dengan menukar tongkat Nabi Musa yang diperbuat daripada kayu Kokka menjadi ular yang sangat besar dan seterusnya menelan ular-ular ahli sihir Firaun itu.

Takut akan ancaman agama yang dibawa Nabi Musa ini, Firaun telah mengarahkan orang suruhannya untuk memburu Baginda dan pengikutnya, yang kebanyakannya pada ketika itu adalah dari bangsa Israel. Baginda telah menyelamatkan bangsa itu dengan izin Allah iaitu membelah lautan dengan tongkatnya dan kemudian menenggelamkan Firaun di tengah lautan itu.

Kaum Israel tersebut adalah bangsa yang hina. Mereka tidak boleh dipercayai!

Setelah diselamatkan dan dibawa Nabi Musa ke tempat baru, mereka mula memesongkan akidah mereka kepada kejadian lain, iaitu lembu!. Ya, mereka sembah lembu!. Nabi Musa amat kecewa dengan bangsanya itu.

Ketika tinggal bersama Nabi Musa, kawasan yang mereka diami tidak sesuai untuk pertanian dan hidupan. Justeru, Nabi Musa mengarahkan beberapa orangnya untuk mencari kawasan yang dimaksudkan oleh Allah S.W.T menerusi wahyunya.

Mereka jumpa tanah yang sangat subur dan sesuai untuk didiami, iaitu Palestin!. Tetapi, mereka perlu menawan tanah itu dengan hanya memerangi suku Kan'an. Mereka pengecut, dan memutuskan untuk tidak mengikut orang-orang beriman itu. Mereka juga telah diharamkan daripada menjejakkan kaki ke tanah itu selama 40 tahun.

Dan hari ini, mereka kembali semula untuk merampas tanah yang mereka tidak ingini selama ini. Sesungguhnya, mereka adalah bangsa yang....hampeh!

Gereja Kristian Protestan
Amerika secara langsung menjadi penyokong Israel untuk menawan Palestin. Secara amnya, orang-orang Amerika beragama Kristian, tetapi berbilang bangsa. Mereka penganut Kristian Protestan.

Kristian Protestan tidak mempercayai bangsa lain, termasuk Yahudi. Mereka juga memerangi orang Islam, seperti mana Yahudi. Ada suatu kejadian dimana orang-orang gereja Kristian Protestan membunuh dan membakar orang Yahudi ketika perang (maaf, saya lupa kisah apa).

Dalam kes Palestin ini, mereka percaya berdasarkan kitab Old Testament, bahawa di tapak Masjid Al-Aqsa itu adalah tapak asal Gereja Nabi Sulaiman mereka. Maka, niat mereka disini ialah, untuk mengambil kesempatan keatas penaklukan Palestin oleh Israel untuk membina geraja itu di tanah Masjid Al-Aqsa, iaitu Kiblat pertama orang Islam. Mereka tiada niat untuk membantu orang Yahudi pada keseluruhanya.

Denagan adanya Gereja itu, mereka telah berjaya memenuhi salah satu syarat untuk mempercepatkan lagi kemunculan semula Nabi Isa, supaya mereka dapat melupuskan bangsa lain dengan bantuan Baginda.

Pentadbiran USA
Mereka ditawan oleh orang Yahudi. Orang Yahudi yang dihalau dari tanah Arab telah merantau ke seluruh dunia selepas itu, termasuk di Afrika, Amerika dan kebanyakan negara Eropah.

Walaupun ramai pentadbir Amerika beragama Kristian Protestan, tetapi mereka amat bergantung kepada warga Yahudi untuk mereka menakluki jawatan-jawatan tinggi di negara tersebut.

Dengan kata lain, orang Kristian Protestan ini hanya mampu untuk membina gereja idaman mereka jika orang Yahudi membantu. Maka, dengan cara itu, lebih senang untuk mereka mencapai matlamat mereka yang asal.

Bangsa Yahudi gilakan tanah Palestin, orang Kristian Protestan gilakan gereja itu.

Kesimpulan
Perang yang berlaku sekarang ke atas orang Palestin adalah PERANG AGAMA, bukannya perang bangsa semata-mata. Matlamat dan keinginan lama yang terpendam dalam dendam setiap agama telah mencetuskan satu konflik yang tidak wajar berlaku, malah berlarutan sejak tahun 1950-an!

Orang Islam pula macam mana? Adakah mereka menunggu salah satu petanda Kiamat, iaitu orang Palestin/ Islam akan menang melawan orang Israel?

Umum mengetahui bahawa Ida Nerina n partner nye tlh berjaya msok smpai last stage dlm amazing race kn?( spe fan Ida? angkat kening!) Gempak abes ah, cayalah, mmg power tuh bole msok final kn? Da la nk join pon susah, ni kn lg nk msok final..haha..tabik!

Tpi kn, Ida Nerina nih melayu ka? No, mksd aku, adakah beliau btol2 Melayu by definition?

This one reporter actually interviewed some of Malaysians about best places at KL during the night. 3 respondent, which 2 of them was Ida Nerina and Joe Flizzow. The other one was a Chinese guy.

Ida Nerina, ble sje di tnye mengenai topik tuh,die tnpa segan silu memberitahu tempat2 yg bes pada waktu mlm. Dan tempat2 yg best bginye adalah PUB and BAR!

Of course aku terkejut. Korg x terkejut ke? Adakah Ida trlupe bhwe mag Time nih di jual di serata dunia?Memalukan!

Antara tempat yg die sarankan- Hilton Kuala Lumpur ada Zeta Bar dan Vintage Bank( a wine bar) dan Bar Blonde. Turut tersenarai, tempat yg bes utk clubbing-Heritage Mansion.

Ahah, lpe plak psl Joe Flizzow. Die recommend plenty of clubbing places, such as Loft KL, Maison,Changkat Bukit Bintang and Zouk. xkn la every week nk gi wat performance kt tmpat2 cmni kn?

MICPA Final examination
......................................................................................................................

Alhamdulillah, after 2 weeks bathing myself with those manuals, PU orders, Public Rulings etc etc, I finally managed to reach the end of the line, the exam!.

Gosh, God knows how bored and tired I was for the sole purpose to prepare myself for this final challenge.

Well, I don't want to say anything bout my performance during this exam. I have pencilled all the knowledge stored in my mind. Practically, it is an average one, not very good nor very bad. Average it is.

The exam went well. 3 hours feels like 2 minutes to most of us!. We really didn't have much time, but still, all of us manage our time very brilliant and able to finish it.

Though it is a professional examination, there are some things that really shocked me. I don't like the exam's table that they had provided. Too small and shaky. It doesn't reflect us having such a big exam. The other is, when a group of monkey started 'disturbing' us during the whole period. Annoying. Playing just next to the window(windows closed though), and have a joke between them which then resulted to the window sounds like being knocked. Tup tup tup!!!.That is the sound!

We have planned earlier before entering OU. One nice lunch with fellow friends and a good movie time! Hell yeah!

As we walked along the corridor towards Pizza Hut, we accidentally met a pair of couple. Looks familiar from behind. The guy was Viet, and the girl is ......... Sorry, I cannot take the risk of telling you that. Haha.

Reached Pizza Hut, and met some other fellow friends. Made a quick order because we want to catch our movie soon after that. Well, it turned out that Viet and his girl are going to eat with us too! Haha.. and the girls he adores so much sat next to me. I know her.

Due to short eating time, we had to take our lunch very fast. Very, very fast I mean. Even I was not satisfied because the food should be eaten and munched slowly and steady, so that I can enjoy every single taste of that pizza. hehe

Rushed to the cinema. Watched Madagascar 2. Funny, but it was very short story though. Need to lengthen the screening time and put lot more jokes in there, just like Madagascar 1.

My long lost friend for 4 years to be exact finally went back to Malaysia! yeay!

His name is Khairul Ikhwan, but we decided to give him a good name. Albert is his other name.hehe

We went to KLIA to pick him up. yeah, you know, cause I haven't seen him for a very long time, so I've decided to go to KLIA and accomodate him as much as I can. He also slept at my room for 2 days.

When this guy met me, he seems like shocked and asked me
" John, bakpo kuruh sangat nih??"

Dush!! Am i really that thin? Skinnier than before, when I was at maktab? Hell, he is also skinny, a lot more skinnier that me. hehe. So, from that point, I see myself as good in shape and not thin, compare to him. hehe

Well, good luck then for your industrial training at TNB. All the wishes and good luck!

Departure

Ehem2.. Some of the guys had departed to their homeland. The person that I want to highlight here is Shafwan and Amir,since I'll be seeing the others again after this. Compare to this 2 gentlemen, both of them are going to undergo their practical training at Sabah and Terengganu respectively.

Shafwan is going to gain a new experience at Lembaga Koko, and Ameir, I dont know where he will work. I've heard that the place is an audit firm. I dont know, maybe it's true.

Well then, good luck and all the wishes to both of you!. We will miss you guys after this! hehe

This date is sort like historic to me. 11 November 2004. I have lost a friend on that date. Yasser Arafat also died on this very date.

His name, accidentally to Ashraf's brother, is Mohd Ariff Bin Azmi.

The story begins like this. This young fella, fell sick due to cancer/tumor in his mouth, on his gum. This disease started to spread very quick and in no time, it had paralyzed arwah's body completely. When they found out the disease, it was already too late.

The doctor told that there is no cure for him at that point of time. I don't know how he and his family feel at that time.Very sad of course, to know his life is now near to an end. Doctors predicted his life to be at like 6 months more.

When the disease spread, and he was in critical condition, his head grew very, very big. I, with my mom visited him at that time. So sad. Still very young at the tender age of 17, and yet need to bear that kind of pain. Though he was in a great pain, he was still able to find the energy to smile at me and mama when we visited him at Hospital Kubang Kerian, where there is a lot of specialist.

After 5-6 months, some miracle happened! His head, before this, grew as big as like 7 month old pregnant mother's stomach, then shrinked and return to its normal size! He can speak, laugh and make some joke! ( he like to poke me, I remember that!). Specialist's mind puzzled. But he were only not able to walk.

This good signs cheered his family up. They were shocked having known that their son is going to be normal again!. Due to this development, specialist allowed him to be transferred into a normal ward at Kuala Krai Hospital.

But then , the good news seems to be a bad one. Later on, he died. Luckily, he died without a need to bear a long hour of pain. He died instantly, with short pain. And also, he died in a perfect condition.

Mama and his mother is a long good friends. When they were young, they always walked to schools together. They also work at the same place!

So then, Arif also automatically becomes my friend. He was my neighbour and classmate too when we were at the secondary schools.

Pity for him to die at that age. There is a lot more things he left unfinished. I guess that's it. We, as a living person who still cherish our valuable life and breath, need to go on with the time and live our life to the fullest. Let the dead one reminds us, that death is the only thing that will separate us from this colourful life.

Whose to blame?
World is now in a great crisis. None of us can escape for it. This is due to the fact that our economy is interrelated to each other.

There is 'some' people that we can blame on. These individuals failed to deliver what is expected from them. They are the major player in this game. Let's see whose to blame!

1) 30%- Management of Investment Banks & Mortgage Lenders
*They were greedy and overpaid(of course!). When the going is good, they pocket more than their fair share. The vast amount of liquidity in the system and the thirst for mortgages prompted them to "invent" new tricky instruments to package these loans and resell them without regarding the leverage effect. Investment banks bundled millions of risky loans and risk them to investors. (this is what happened when total greed circled within the bank.)

2) 15%- Alan Greenspan
* Never heard of him? Well you see,he is the Former Federal Reserve chief. He was blind in 2003 & 2004 when this credit problems start to emerge. No, he was not blind physically, but morally and mentally. He lowered the interest rate (you know, the market interest rate it is) and continued a strong money supply policy. This has sparked the public to lend more and buy properties, and even speculate them!

3) 35%- Rating Agency
*I expect you to know what is Rating Agency. But, I will tell you what I think about them. Rating Agency- A bunch of fools. Yes, they are. How can they rate a mortgage as AAA or AA when the mortgage started to degrade? I mean, the mortgage is in a big credit problem, but yet they claimed it to be safe and assure many buyers with the good grade. You guys better take Degree of Accountancy again laaaa!!.

4) 15%-The Regulators
*Regulators didn't play their part. They just watched everything, for the subprime mortgage bubble that triggered the house value until the fall of the economy itself. They lack of any basic sensible regulations and guidelines of the mortgage market. Even now, they are mainly silent. (scared huh?)

5) 5%-Etc
*Some other individual related either directly or indirectly with the game.

Sume org tau dunia kte skrg tgh mengalami economic downturn yg amat teruk berbanding tahun 1997-1998 dlu. Ini sume berpunca dri tanah besar amerika yg tamak untuk mengaut keuntungan hinggakn mengheret bersme ekonomi dunia ke lembah kejatuhan. krisis ekonomi kali ni sgt teruk hinggakan ade yg mengatakan ia akn hanya berlaku skali saja dlm mse seratus tahun.

1)krisis subprima atau krisis kredit hanya berlaku apabila ketamakan yg berleluasa olh pengusaha2 industri yg terdiri drpd pelbagai sektor2. antara yg memainkn peranan dlm kes kali nih ialah banks,mortgage lenders,ratings agency,investors dan manusia2 yg suke bermain2 dgn sekuriti,hedge fund,notes,collateral debt obligation(CDO) etc. mereka penyumbng kpd mslh ini sbb ketamakn yg teramat.

2)regulators x memainkn peranan mereka dlm membendung mslh ni..sbg contoh, di US, pembeli2 rumah, tnp halangan terus mendpt loan ntok membiayai rumah yg mereka percaya nilainya akan naek mendadak. bank tnpa segan silu, meluluskn SEMUA loan2 kpd house buyer tnp meniliti kemampuan mereka membayar.. hasilnya, akn trdpt byk 'non-performing loan' yg mnyebbkn bank kerugian.

3) bgi membiayai pemberian loan kpd consumer, bank sbnrye tdk menggunakn wang mereka pn. mereka hanya bergantung kpd mortgage2(himpunan loan2 agreement yg diberikn kt house buyer berdasarkn kpd profit potential dri setiap agreement itu) yg di dagangkn kt hedge fund/collateral debt obligation(CDO) yg terdiri drpd investors.dgn kata laen, wang yg diberikn kpd house buyer dtgnye dripd--Nothing!

4) apabila house buyer x mmpu byr loan, bank juge mengalami mslh ntk mencari dana utk membyr 'wang'/loan agreement yg didagangkan kepada hedge fund. investor juga mengalami kerugian krn pelaburan di hedge fund tersebut tidak mendatangkan pulangan. maka, rantai masalah melarat kepda ekonomi amnya.

5)US pula mengumumkn pelan menyelamat bank2 mereka. apa yg menjadi kemarahan rkyt US islah, wang deposit mereka akn menjadi korban juga.

6)beratus2 billion USD d perlukan utk pelan itu..tpi, mereka sbnrye hanya 'mereka-reka' jumlah itu di dlm balance sheet. wang itu sbnrye dtg dri--Nothing! ia hanya sekadar nombor2 utk mencantikkn keadaan kedudukan kewangan bank2 itu agar mereka x lingkup.

7)byk lg faktor2 yg menyebabkn krisis ini selain contoh2 di atas.semuanya berpunca daripada ketamakan pengusaha2.yg merana adalah pengguna.

8)Di Malaysia, kerajaan tlh menjamin bhw deposit2 kte di bank2 selamat sepenhnya dri krisis ini.bank2 kte mempunyai reserve bkn dlm bntuk USD yg sdg mengalami kemerosotan. namun ia x bererti kte terselamat dri krisis ini sepenuhnya.

9) indirect effect drpd krisis ini msh ada. syarikat2 malaysia yg menjalankn urusniaga dgn syarikat2 di US akan merasa tempiasnya. Jika mereka menempah brg2 utk di import ke malaysia, kbnykn pembekal di US mensyaratkan syrkt malaysia utk membuat 'letter of credit' di bank2 US.

10)Jika bank tersebut bankrup, pengusaha malaysia akan mengalami kerugian kerana wang mereka utk letter of credit itu akn hilang begitu sje. jika ada bail-out skali pon, bank US itu sudah tntu akan mengutamakan syrkt2 dri US dahulu.maka, syrikt malaysia akan ttp kerugian.

11) secara keseluruhan, sistem ekonomi global tlh gagal. "efficient market & semi-efficient market" yg kte belajar dulu sudah x wujud lg.

12)so, how are we going to escape from this terra incognita?any idea?

4)suda mule mencongak2 nk jadi ape mse besa nnt..plan awl nk jd arkitek,sbb cikgu kte ade bkt mlukis skit..tpi,jrg prktis..so, abandon arkitek!

5)slalu ikot papa anta abg kt MRSM qber..mse tuh, dlm otak pkir "ape bnd maktab rendah sains mara nih?apsal abg dpt sekola sini?"..n, slalu gk lepak kt tasik kenyir lpas anta..mkn ikan bakar slalunye.

bangang pe? org nk tgk bunge api laaaa..haiyyaa..mmg xbesh ah! = (

lepas tuh, tensen, blk umah la, lepak2, pastu went out for "pesta futsal merdeka".

haha..maen ntah pape mlm tuh..lawak gile..gelak je byk..aku rse most amount energy aku gne utk gelak2 n jerit2 jek..haha. = )

i just want to express my opinion on somthin that might even happened to all of us. Backstabbing sounds familiar rite?

Ive never being backstabbed by anyone and any person for whom i know. Wat makes me up to this topic is, when one of my old, good friend back then during our days at maktab, is currently and still ongoing being punished by his once-called 'besfren'....pity to him, now he is fighting for the truth and to defend himself from being kicked in the ass..... he just cant imagine, how can his good friend betrayed him and stab him in front of the others?

I tought, during that night (i called him at around 2 am), he was joking and try to make fun out of it...but after a few seconds, he said he really mean it and he is helpless to overcome that conflict...pity to him, but wat can i do? i just gave him some, useless advice, that i thougt, can help him in anyway. but things not going to be that easy..he is currently fighting alone, by himself! for yor information, one of his eyes ( the right one), is not functioning ( blind by 1 eye), his hand cant work naturally and has a muuuuuchh longer scar on it compared to samsole and misai...all of those malfunctioning body parts is due to an accident happened to him long ago... can u imagine that?

ah, so, wat should i do? do u have any advice?

aku nk gi ngn bas rapid, so aku bwk ar moto pastu park kt jait...ketika lalu dkt jati, aku plik gk ar kt roundabout tuh ade rmai polis..roadblock kt roundabout??gilo apo?...xde ar, kn kt sek 3 tuh rumah ahli2 exco negeri..maka, td ank sorg makhluk tuh kawen ar..bz gile jln tuh, meriah siot...pastu, leh dgr jamal abdillah nyanyi ntk event tuh...walaweh,happening siot, siap bwk abg jamal tuh...poyo siot dato' tuh...

nk mnjdikan crita, mcm biase la, dilema bdk2 yg naek bas ar...driver garang macam "anj", org rmai cm bwat haji( tpi xde tawaf), bau plak cam kt tpk pelupusan smph! azab die Tuhan sje yg tau..huhuhu

3)co-pilot gk kn tolong usha2 jln, tgk2 keadaan trafik dan report blk kt pilot...nnt sng pilot nk bwat decision gituuu...
4) co-pilot kalu tido kn, tobat huduh! btol! sumpah! mne ade co-pilot tido nmpk cun, comey jek kn? HUDUH! malu pilot sbb ade co-pilot cm gitu....
